How's your fitness been? I really liked your fitness update and I was just curious on any new progress of yours. c:
It’s been great! I’ve kept up with eating better, monitoring my calorie intake, and trying to get exercise in whenever I can. Just making those few lifestyle changes, I’ve lost 11lbs and counting. I did a 3 day juice fast a few weeks ago and that really helped rid my body of cravings, especially since I became more sensitive to how gross bad foods now make my body feel. I’m starting another 5-week fitness plan to get in shape for Halloween and my goal right now is to be able to maintain a steady run up these trails my boyfriend and I take walks at. Basically, it’s just been about breaking bad eating habits and forming new ones, and turning this into a healthy lifestyle rather than a diet fad.
